I bought this ad from an antique dealer and had it custom framed on the Paramount Pictures lot when I worked there. Just the framing alone cost me about $150. I don't remember what kind of wood they used, but the frame is custom made, archival quality, acid-free, etc with paper backing and wires for hanging. The stain on the wood is a dark brownish gray, as shown in picture 3.
